These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and 399pk ("399pk," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://399pk.net ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your 399pk account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1 Age Requirement. The 399pk Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. 399pk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether online betting and gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction within Pakistan before registering or using the Platform. Online gambling regulation varies across Pakistani provinces. 399pk makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited do so at their own risk and 399pk bears no liability in such cases.
2.3 One Account Per User. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 399pk Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are strictly prohibited. 399pk reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts identified, and to void any wagers placed or bonuses claimed through such accounts.
2.4 Accurate Information. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 399pk login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party. 399pk will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you notify 399pk of unauthorised access promptly.
3.2 Account Updates. You must keep your account information current and accurate. If your contact details change (email address, mobile number, or postal address), you must update them in Mine → Account Settings promptly. 399pk is not liable for losses or delays resulting from outdated contact information.
3.3 Account Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Outstanding bonus balances subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 399pk currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal thresholds are specified within the Mine → Withdraw section of your account dashboard.
4.2 Currency. The 399pk Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified at the time of the transaction. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 399pk reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa for verified accounts are typically processed on the same business day. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
4.4 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances. 399pk accepts no responsibility for funds deposited from accounts belonging to third parties.
5.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on the 399pk Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are published within each sports market and casino game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of the relevant market or game.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. 399pk reserves the right to decline any bet or wager, in whole or in part, without providing a reason. Odds displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Bets are confirmed only when a confirmation reference is issued to the user's account.
5.3 Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or game malfunctions (including software errors, incorrect odds publication, or obvious pricing errors), 399pk reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. 399pk will not be liable for any losses arising from a user's reliance on an erroneous price or result.
5.4 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, event postponement beyond a specified period, market suspension, or where the integrity of the event is in question. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's 399pk account balance.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on the 399pk Platform are subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made. Where no specific terms are stated, the general bonus terms set out in this section apply. Bonuses are credited to the promotional balance of a player's account and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering progress and remaining requirements are visible in the Mine → Bonuses section of your account dashboard.
6.3 Abuse. 399pk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any bonus-related winnings, and suspend or close an account where bonus abuse is suspected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer; wagering patterns designed to minimise risk while completing wagering requirements; and providing false information to qualify for a promotional offer.
6.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 399pk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and legal action where appropriate:
All content on the 399pk Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, source code, design elements, text, graphics, images, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 399pk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 399pk.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 399pk and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if 399pk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.2 399pk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 399pk's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 399pk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the licensing jurisdiction under which 399pk operates. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that they do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. 399pk makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction within Pakistan.
